City residents & business/building owners with adjacent public sidewalks are required to remove all snow and ice from them within sixteen (16) hours after snowfall. Any snow or ice that is not removed is in violation of city ordinances and will result in fees, and/or ticketing.

Winter Parking on City Streets & Lots

There is no overnight parking on any city street from 2 am to 5 am. Cars parked on a city street during this time is subject to a parking ticket and/or the car being impounded.

Go Paperless! You can now sign up to receive your utility bill by email. Visit our Citizen Request Page, select the Water Department from the drop down menu, enter your information, in the Issue field request your bill be sent by email, and that's it. Your future bills will be sent to your email!
