Join us for the 11th Annual Tri-Greenville Kids Triathlon where kids swim, bike, and run in this fun and healthy community event. Competition is in two different age divisions (U-10 and U-15). All abilities are welcome and encouraged. Participants will receive a FREE t-shirt (before May 13), an event bag, post-race snacks, and a finisher medal. We strongly encourage friends and family to join the fun and cheer on these young competitors.
Age Divison / Race Course Distances
Nervous about the swim course? No worries! The swim course is near the shoreline from the beach. If you feel uncomfortable at any moment, you are welcome to stand up to collect yourself. Water depth could be as high as your chest. There are also volunteer swim assistants to help anyone having trouble during the swim course. See the photo below for the course's setup:

Want a front-row seat amongst the action? Want a close-up of your Tri athlete crossing the finish line? Consider volunteering in our Kids Triathlon! We have various volunteer positions that always need to be filled right next to the finish line. Some of the positions include:
- Packet Pick Up
- Swim Assistant (be prepared to get wet!)
- Transition Area
- Finish Line
Tri-Greenville Travelin' Trophy
In order to encourage positive competition amongst schools, a Tri-Greenville Travelin’ Trophy can be won by ONE elementary & ONE secondary school that has the highest percentage of pre-registered youth triathletes. The trophy will be displayed at these schools until the next triathlon. Can you & your classmates bring it to your school?
