All players must check in at the onsite registration table located near the concession stand with a valid photo ID prior to play.

MEN’S DIVISION
- Teams must register online, in person, or by phone by 5:00pm, August 6, 2023.
- A completed Danish Festival Softball Tournament Roster must be submitted in person or by email to grec@greenvillemi.org prior to August 5, 2022. Be sure to provide as much information about your players as possible and provide the correct spelling of the player's birth names (no nicknames). Misspelling of player names will result in ineligibility at check-in time
- The Men’s division will be divided into two separate tournaments. The tournament remains as an ASA D/NSA Gold and Below tournament but the teams fitting that criteria will be divided into two divisions:
- Upper Division – D & Below
- Lower Division – Rec
- The Danish Festival Softball Board will determine team placement based on several factors, including but not limited to:
- ASA/NSA Player Classification using GoSoftball.com and PlayNSA.com
- Previous tournament performance
- NSA and/or ASA Registration/Sanction in NOT required but they must meet tournament eligibility standards, as determined by the committee (Men’s equivalent to NSA Gold, ASA D & Below)
- Roster changes will NOT be permitted after the deadline
- The Danish Festival Softball Board reserves the right to dismiss any team that is believed to exceed the division qualification
- Refunds will not be issued after the Danish Festival Board has approved eligibility
- All Games will be played at ALAN DAVIS PARK
CO-ED DIVISION
- Teams must register in person or by phone by 5:00pm, Friday August 6th, 2023
- Rosters due prior to the team's first game. Roster changes are NOT permitted after the team begins play
- All Games will be played at ALAN DAVIS PARK
