Yoga & Mindfulness
In today's fast-paced world even our kiddos are often stressed out and anxious. In this class, students will learn various mindfulness strategies and yoga poses to help regulate their nervous systems and find peace in the present moment. Yoga is also great for practicing gross motor skills, learning to follow multi-step directions, and developing self-awareness!
