THE MUSICAL ADVENTURES OF FLAT STANLEY
Based on Jeff Brown’s beloved children’s book, this one hour musical follows 10 year old Stanley Lambchop whose life becomes a grand adventure when he wakes up one morning completely…FLAT! In a whirlwind musical travelogue, Stanley – the ultimate exchange student – scours the globe for a solution to his unusual problem. He’s stamped, posted and cancelled from Hollywood and France to Honolulu and beyond! This adventurous, 50-minute musical is perfect for audiences of all ages!

What is Traveling Troupe?

The Traveling Troupe is a Grand Rapids Civic Theatre and School of Theatre Arts outreach program that provides local schools & community venues the opportunity to have theatre travel to them! Now in its 29th year, the Traveling Troupe has played to more than 200,000 children and adults – always completely free of charge. Traveling Troupe brings everything with them – scenery, sound equipment, costumes, props, actors & crew – we just need an audience!

Tickets available in advance at the Greenville Area Recreation & Community Center office or at the door ; availability is limited.
